Your data rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA), you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests are handled by a human and answered at the email address you make them from — that address is how we verify the request is really yours.

Fill this out with the email address you use on Klix and we'll open a case for you right away — you'll get a case reference to quote in any follow-up.

Prefer email?

You can also email privacy@klixlive.com from the address you used on Klix, and tell us whether you want a copy of your data (access/export), a correction, or deletion. You can also open a ticket with our support team and ask for a privacy request — it reaches the same place.

What happens next

We confirm the request, compile the data connected to your email address (account, tickets, purchases, and messages), and respond within the timeline your local law requires. Deletion requests cannot remove records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records — we will tell you if anything is retained and why.
